Equestrian Management, LLC is the management and operations affiliate of Equestrian Services, LLC. It offers clients the many specialized business functions necessary to successfully manage and operate equestrian facilities nationwide and around the world, just as a golf management firm would handle all the operations of a golf course.
Equestrian Management provides clients with the expertise needed to professionally manage their equestrian amenities and facilities. The managers and instructors at our facilities are all Equestrian Management employees and are specially selected for each facility. They are knowledgeable professionals that have been certified through our rigorous in-house training process and are required to be certified as an instructor or barn manager through the Certified Horsemanship Association (CHA), the American Riding Instructors Association (ARIA) and other nationally-recognized certification bodies.

Rhonda Gailey, Director of O'Connor Signature Business Development & Brand Quality Control |

Rhonda Gailey is the Director of O'Connor Signature Business Development & Brand Quality Control, which allows her to stay actively involved with all O'Connor Signature facilities. Rhonda is on site at The Oaks at least once a quarter.
She previously served as the General Manager of the Oaks Equestrian Center and also served as the initial Pony Club's Center Administrator (District Commissioner). Rhonda brings diversified equestrian and real estate/marketing experience, as well as over 15 years of proven professional business and management expertise, to O'Connor Signature. Rhonda’s professional business experience as a licensed real estate broker has included obtaining national builder clients (over 46 communities) and producing high-volume sales for residential, built-new homes in master-planned communities throughout the Southeast. She oversaw large sales and marketing campaigns and managed budgets, initiated and provided training seminars for new home-sales representatives, opened multiple offices, managed an in-house office staff of 24, oversaw and managed 180 real estate agents, and serviced dozens of builder clients.
Rhonda is a Level IV Certified Instructor in English & Jumping and a Level I in Western with the Certified Horsemanship Association. She is CPR- and First Aid-Certified and is working towards her USEA ICP Certification. She is an avid three-day event competitor, currently competing at the preliminary level. Rhonda has placed in the top 10 at the American Eventing Championships, and many more at the local and regional recognized shows, and she is currently qualified again for the 2009 AEC in the Preliminary division. She has trained numerous levels of horses and riders, from true beginners to upper-level. Both of her children are riders, and her daughter is also a pony club and event rider. Colleen Davis, General Manager/Riding Director |
Colleen Davis is the General Manager/Riding Director and previously served as the barn manager at The Oaks Equestrian Center. She brings diversified equestrian experience, as well as more than ten years of professional teaching and management expertise. Having graduated from the University of Georgia, with a B.S. in Social Science Education, and being a Varsity Equestrian Team Member, where they obtained National Championships in both English and Western riding in 2003 and 2004. She brings an enormous amount of knowledge to our facility - she has a knack for teaching and has spent the last six years as a special-services high school teacher and facilities manager/resident trainer for a 32-stall horse-boarding facility.
"People and horses are my passion, and great communication skills are one of my key assets. I believe that this communication is important between a horse, a rider and a trainer. To me, the connection between them all goes far beyond the show ring. I get joy out of watching the "little" victories that come with day-to-day riding and training, and I love watching the learning process take place."
Davis, an avid rider, competitor and horsewoman, is an active member of the United States Equestrian Federation (USEF) and the United States Eventing Association (USEA). She is ARIA-Certified in Instruction/Stable Management, and for more than ten years, she has been teaching and competing in Western Horsemanship, hunter equitation and over fences, dressage, show-jumping and three-day eventing. Davis has been trained by and ridden with many advanced and Olympic riders, including Lucinda Green, Ralph Hill, Nick Larkin, Gina Kruger and Jim Graham.

Lindsay Brown, Barn Manager/Instructor |

Lindsay Brown is the Barn Manager and an Instructor at the Oaks Equestrian Center. An avid rider since the age of 10, Lindsay has been involved in 4-H as a competitor and coach for many years, with numerous wins at open and 4-H shows on the local and state level. During her high school career, Lindsay actively participated in the Dune Riders Pony Club, while also managing her personal horses and boarded horses at her family's private farm in Wisconsin.
Lindsay is a graduate of Canyonview Equestrian College, where she received instruction in a variety of equine studies such as equine science, facility management and marketing, combined training, dressage, huntseat, breaking/training, and reining. While at Canyonview, she also contributed to the daily care of the facility's seventy horses. The large herd at Canyonview allowed Lindsay to work and care for horses and ponies of all shapes and sizes, giving her an appreciation for a variety of disciplines and equestrian sports. As part of her college education, Lindsay completed an internship with Akiko Hamada at French Hill Farm, an A-rated Hunter/Jumper facility in Aurora, Oregon.
Lindsay is a Level III CHA certified instructor in English with jumping and also in Western riding. Lindsay has a passion for teaching, and has experience instructing riders of various ages and abilities in both the English and Western riding disciplines. She is an instructor and active member of The Oaks Pony Club Riding Center, and is currently pursuing her upper level ratings in the United States Pony Club.

Beth Rehberg, Team Member |

Beth began riding at the young age of six. She competed in schooling shows until she was 13, with her TB gelding, RocketMan (Charlie). She then moved on to rated shows at the HITS circuit in the Large Jr. Hunters and 15-17 Eq. She also has experience and has team pinned with a pony named Freckles. She has many accolades, such as earning High Point Horse and Rider of the Year, multiple sportsmanship awards, and numerous Grand Champions at schooling and Rated shows. Beth enjoys riding on the beach and being around all types of horses. She receives satisfaction from a nice tidy barn at the end of a day. In addition to working full time at The Oaks, she is also a full-time student going for her B.A. in Criminal Justice, and she has goals of working towards her instructor certification to assist in teaching at The Oaks. Beth and her husband reside in Lake City and have always admired The Oaks Equestrian Center.

Rachel Tinsman, Jr. Team Member |
Rachel is an honors student at CHS and is currently a working student and aspiring Junior team member at The Oaks Equestrian Center. She began riding at age 12, when she was given her first horse, Ringo Starr, an appendix quarterhorse.
In her first year of showing, she took home the Tri-County Walk-Trot Grand Championship and continued to win many other awards, including Southeast Equine Champion Daily All-Around High Point on her quarterhorse mare, Dandy Bar Bonanza. She placed fourth overall individually in the state FFA horse-judging competition.
Rachel loves to show in all disciplines, including Western Pleasure, Hunt Seat Equitation, Jumping, Showmanship and Dressage. She is a 4H member and an active volunteer in her community. Rachel is first-aid and CPR-trained and certified. |
